Im a Skins fan of over 20 years. Im sick and tired of the poor clock management, poor play calling at the end of the game, and poor personnell decisions. All of these are the responsibility of Joe Gibbs. Thus, reluctantly, I am now of the opinion that he must step down. The play calling and clock management have been atrocious for 3 years now. i loved the playcalling, heavy run, running well, but campbell just didnt execute with a lot of throws and he made a huge mistake that really i think cost us the game, the 1st int. we were on our way to scoring, campbell just didnt execute, i dont fault the coaches.

This is why your defense is illogical. In an earlier post, you claimed it was Joe Gibbs' decision to get AA, yet in this post you're blaming Joe Gibbs for giving Williams complete autonomy. Again, it's a weak argument. You can put anyone in as head coach you want, and if Saunders and Williams continued to have under achieving offenses and defenses, you would still fire the head coach every year and ignore the coordinators.

I just got home from the game, and while I had the opportunity to witness another heart breaking loss, at least for this season, that's been the way of the world. There were some good things we did out there today, but our defense leaves al lot to be desired, and I'll just leave it at that.

Since we lost the game today, I could hardly wait to turn on the computer when I got here to see how many fire everybody threads had started, and I wasn't suprised. The difference between the post here this week and last are like night and day.

Well since you have all the answers Paulskinsfan, who should we hire as coach next year? Whoever it is, I doubt he will be better than Joe Gibbs and the rest of this staff. Gibbs knows what he's doing. He'll get this turned around next year.
