My only griping with the coaching is that we have so freakin' many of them!
Why do we need so many? Too many cooks in the kitchen if you ask me. We may need to trim some of that fat in the offseason. Get some assistants that the players respond to better, maybe. And I don't mean GW or Al.
No offense, but I think getting rid of Gibbs is one the most stupid things I've heard. We've got him for two more years and I'm glad he is going to ride it out. I don't want to rebuild this team, so we can be shitty for another three years.
To all you JG haters out there, I'm just as disappointed as you about how things have turned out. We'll bounce back...
I just don't think what we have is anywhere near worth the investment we have made. Too much money and wasted draft picks. Either clean house, or bring in a GM who has the say over Gibbs.

I have to laugh when I read posts like these. People piss and moan about the team not having chemistry or continuity, but the minute we start struggling, we should gut the team and fire the coach.
We've had to deal with a lot of issues this season. New offense, new QB, injuries and I don't even know what to say about our defense at this point. Sorry, but it is going to take some time to get some consistancy going with this team (although consistancy has never been one of our strong suits). If we truly want to see this team improve, the last thing we need right now is to start from scratch.
Here's Redskins fans in a nutshell.
Win = playoff talk.
Loss = fire the coaches and cut the players.

Yupp I really wonder if all teams have ridiculous fans like we do.

I think they do for the most part.

Well Im done arguing about it. Joe Gibbs has done nothing to justify him coming back for a 4th season. His personnel decisions are crap, his play calling is crap, and his clock management is that of a monkey. Im done. If you all wanna defend him go ahead, but if he weren't the great Gibbs you'd be calling for his head. Its easy to go along with the mob, Im just pointing out the obvious, the modern Gibbs era has been a huge disappointment, and there is no hope in the upcoming draft. Im done until change comes either in the form of a new coach or GM.

Posting?
Being a fan?
So if we go back to the playoffs next year will you still be "done" with whatever you're done with?
