Doesn't this whole process send a message to our in house coaches. I gues they are not the first or second choice...but hang in there with me...if we can't our fourth or fifth choice then I will have you guys just leave your personal effects in your offices for another year. Also why is Gibbs doing any contacting of assistants? Is he doing this out of friendship?

He is no longer their head coach/co-worker. There is no professional relation between these guys anymore so who put Gibbs up to this???

If they are not going to hire Williams, then hire Schwartz, Singletary or Grimm. McDaniel will probably turn it down and I consider Spagnuolo a little less experienced than Schwartz, plus Spagnuolo has Eagle and Giants coodies.

I had heard about this...apparently there was talk of turning in season tickets...etc. Bram Weinstein (sp?) said on John Riggins today the reaction to the Fassell rumors was damn near vitriolic...
