LOST (Warning: Possible Spoilers)hooskins 05-09-2008, 12:07 PM Just about to bring up this thread. It was a pretty good episode, interested to see how they plan to "move" the island, while the chopper is has pretty much landed on the island. Stuck in TX 05-09-2008, 12:10 PM Can anyone explain the whole time continium thing for me? How did the Doc wash up on shore with a slit throat last week and they are just now slitting his throat this week? If thats the case then what is happening now on the island hasnt happened yet. so confusing.... SmootSmack 05-09-2008, 07:57 PM Ben got cancer while on the island. Also, did Claire really survive her house being blown up? Why was Miles so fascinated by her? If she died in the cabin, then how did Sawyer carry her into the house where Locke and Ben were? And why would Sawyer give Miles a restraining order? Or are they all dead like Hurley said they were? SmootSmack 05-09-2008, 07:59 PM What's with the dude who was quizzing young Locke. I forget his name on the show, but he doesn't age at all does he? FRPLG 05-09-2008, 08:59 PM What's with the dude who was quizzing young Locke. I forget his name on the show, but he doesn't age at all does he? Alpert. Richard. He, Locke, Ben and Jack are the keys to this whole thing. With a little Christian and now Claire thrown in for good measure. She is Jack's sister. Everyone else is riding their boat I think. ArtMonkDrillz 05-09-2008, 09:21 PM What's with the dude who was quizzing young Locke. I forget his name on the show, but he doesn't age at all does he? Maybe he does age, but he's jumping around in time because of the island, so it only seems like he doesn't age. Also, doesn't it seem like Widmore is sort of responsible for Locke ending up on the island? It was his man (Daniels from The Wire) that gave him the idea of going on a walkabout, which put Locke on 815. I might have to watch last night's episode again... Stuck in TX 05-10-2008, 09:53 AM Yeah its almost as if everyone on the island got there not b/c of accident. I am sure it will reveal that they all play a part in a grand scheme of some kind, like the scientists. We do not know why they were picked based on the nature of their professions. As far as Sawyer giving Miles a restraining order, we have seen alot weirder on that island. It would not surprise me if Claire was just a vision since the only other person who saw her was the guy who can see dead people. He probably woke up and found Aaron who had been there all along. onlydarksets 05-11-2008, 01:22 AM If this season is only 13 weeks, are they adding the 3 weeks onto one of the last two seasons? I recall they signed a 48-episode deal last year, but I haven't heard if the strike changed that. We're getting the extra episodes over the last two seasons. Nice! The orchid is an interesting facet. I love how Sun stuck it to her father in the flash-forward. hooskins 05-15-2008, 11:08 PM Seems interesting, I am still perplexed about "moving the island". |
