Nomad 11-19-2009, 09:34 AM Ok I started up a fresh league and sent out some invites, if you need one PM me here with your gamertag. If anyone wants to play games with dropping players/picking them up you will be dropped from the league... simple as that.
Unbelievable that people have to cheat in a meaningless Madden league.
Let's keep this to Warpath members only. And I'm not going to give out the league info here, so again PM me for an invite.

Personally, I hate them (kinda like the people that never punt)...not that the game should be super realistic, but it just gets tiring.

Learn a good Defense Scheme, its never going away in madden, or anything else.

I thought that was the whole reason they made outside-the-pocket throws more challenging in the new Madden.
I know it's not the same as the whole free agency scam that was happening in the previous league, but I don't think it is that different either in regards of fair play.

What would you prefer they do, ban scrambling QB's? Peyton Manning is just as affective as a scrambling QB, if you know how to run the offense right, plus its you D, thats gonna get you over..... not the offense. in my opinion

Well as I said, I think they made the whole accuracy thing to avoid this...or lessen it I guess...just like they made changes in all other aspects to the game to make it more accurate.
And I doubt Manning is much of a scrambling QB...I mean if you can juke defensive linemen with Manning in the game, well then you're damn good I guess.

Sorry, what i mean is Manning accuracy is just as affective as a scrambling QB, his passes or pin point, you know how to use him the right way, then, u just need a good D.
Skinny Tee 11-20-2009, 03:07 AM I'm not a big fan of the running QB tricks but there are plays that you can make them pay for it. It's really easy to get QBs injured too so even if they do it for a couple of plays they'll risk his availability.
I've seen Brees be in full stride backwards and throw a forward pass to a receiver when he should have been sacked. It doesn't seem like Madden takes anything away for throwing in awkward positions.
People I play online always seem to throw the ball in the dirt just as I sack them without any intentional grounding calls. Really tough to get sacks due to this.

Remember bro in the grand scheme of things.... its just a game, its gonna be alot of flaws.... what i suggest you do is go in the lab, practice against a scrambling QB run schemes you like.... on D.
