I'm not a big fan of the running QB tricks but there are plays that you can make them pay for it. It's really easy to get QBs injured too so even if they do it for a couple of plays they'll risk his availability.
I've seen Brees be in full stride backwards and throw a forward pass to a receiver when he should have been sacked. It doesn't seem like Madden takes anything away for throwing in awkward positions.
People I play online always seem to throw the ball in the dirt just as I sack them without any intentional grounding calls. Really tough to get sacks due to this.
I think part of me wants to play a somewhat realistic game, and I feel the running QB tricks are just that...tricks. Heck, even when I do win I find them annoying, is like shit, play the game not a trick play every single time.
Remember bro in the grand scheme of things.... its just a game, its gonna be alot of flaws.... what i suggest you do is go in the lab, practice against a scrambling QB run schemes you like.... on D.
And how are you going to practice against a scrambling QB? If you've found a setting on Madden that lets the computer run the wildcat or scramble around all the time, then let me know.
