sometimes it seems that we're late getting calls in, this adds an extra step into it, with the relay

I would ask if the late calls were because Zorn was thinking up the best play for the exact situation, ie the timeout when he was waiting for the ball to spotted. If that is the case, perhaps a person with a little more anticipation could make a huge difference, even with the relay through Zorn. I think other teams do it this way, but I am really not sure.

Yeah there are other teams.. and that's a good point, somebody may have a quicker read (heh) on what to do than Zorn

I like the idea but not the way its being handled.
Once again the Redskins execution is lacking.

I wonder if there is any way to mike in the broadcasters. Maybe Gruden could call our plays this week!!! (i bet they still get it in faster than Zorn)

and our rt has'nt played football for 3 or 4 years. Our hc only has experience as a qb coach and his oc only has experience as a rb coach. Our owner makes personell decisions. Our best de plays lb. Our receivers coach has developed no one. We are the mighty redskins! :woot:

lol!

According to Mort on Twitter: mortreport But Sherm Lewis was a long-time NFL asst. Steve Mariucci recommended him to Redskins as a "consultant" they worked together in Detroit.

Whoa whoa whoa...Mooch the backup plan if Shanny says no again?

I for one am growing tired of the weekly commentary of Deangelo "I play two hand touch" Hall.

Yeah it'd be nice if he worked on his tackling instead of wasting his time talking shit...

So we can say it but for a guy who lives football eveyday it's taboo? What a bunch of hypocrites. Preach on brotha Hall!
