Zorn, Cerrato's fates apparently are intertwined

Zorn isn't a man anymore. He's a eunuch.

"We keep fighting, because we are Redskins". I still like him as coach, but I don't see any future with him. He's a humble guy, and I really think he's sincere when taking the blame. I hope that a new play caller will help, but I don't see us putting up 20+ points a game just off that move. We've got the same damn people in the offense that we had to start last season as far as key players go, we are better than this. HTTR, HTTR, and F@ck Dallas.

It is an insult to call Zorn's offense a West Coast offense. How about Mickey Mouse offense? Or maybe Least Coast Offense?

Hard to disagree with the characterization, but my point simply is that we cannot at this point try to convert from an alleged WCO offense to something else -- an offense and playbook takes a lot of time to install -- and Buges isn't a WCO guy. Hard to imagine him calling plays in this system, although given the poor decision-making that has plagued this organization for a decade, nothing would surprise me.

With what I saw today, it is entirely possible that we do not win a game for the rest of this season. This strikes me as the worst Redskins team in my lifetime -- more than 40 years now. It's painful to watch. Today's debacle was on par with the famous body bag game v. Philly.

Don't tease me. I almost thought this would be a Rick Roll. I would love for this to be accurate.

Oh man i feel like this is a wet dream lol. If this turned out to be true I'd be so happy. Could you imagine, an actual GM type doing his thing here in DC? A truly structured front office, a GM who finds the coach best suited for a long run, who could build a competent offensive line and then surround it with good skill position players such as an elite quarterback with good wide receivers, not through free agency by giving out huge contracts to guys who don't have many good seasons left, but through good drafting and then filling in a need here or there through free agency? That would be amazing.

I am surprised that Zorn let it go this far. I hope that, at the next step in this process, Zorn regrows his balls and tells Danny to kiss his behind.

DS hires J. Zorn to be the teams OC , right ? Then hires JZ as the head coach , now does not want his choice for OC to call plays ? Dan , hire a REAL GM .

It is what it is. Even if the team ends up with a horrible record this year in the 4-12 range, I still don't think Dan would change his ways. His stubbornness over the years has convinced me it'd take 30 years of futility before the Danny might get a clue about the struggles of this franchise.
