But... keep in mind if you are drinking something frozen that comes with a straw, umbrella, and fruit, someone in the room is having a laugh at your expense. ;) a few years back my brother and i were at a skins game at fed ex. the skins were playing the giants, anyhow, there were these two giants fans (a man and a woman) they were drinking wine. my brother and i (and every other skins fan in the area) joked and laughed at those two the entire game, all because they were drinking wine at a football game. maybe theres a time and a place for a man to drink wine (when he alone with his wife) MTK 03-29-2010, 04:10 PM a few years back my brother and i were at a skins game at fed ex. the skins were playing the giants, anyhow, there were these two giants fans (a man and a woman) they were drinking wine. my brother and i (and every other skins fan in the area) joked and laughed at those two the entire game, all because they were drinking wine at a football game. maybe theres a time and a place for a man to drink wine (when he alone with his wife) Wine at a football game is definitely a sin. firstdown 03-29-2010, 04:31 PM You don't need sour mix in a good margarita. Thus completes the ultimate argument for why wine is not manly. If you can't drink it at one of the manliest sporting events, then it's not manly. You also cannot drink wine at a George St. Pierre fight. MTK 03-29-2010, 04:45 PM Thus completes the ultimate argument for why wine is not manly. Drinking wine in and of itself is not unmanly, however there's a time and place for everything. You are correct there. mredskins 03-29-2010, 04:48 PM Drinking wine in and of itself is not unmanly, however there's a time and place for everything. You are correct there. I actually had wine at a Monday Night Raw performance. My buddy went to get beer and they were out and he didn't want to get in another line. I drank it. tryfuhl 03-29-2010, 06:12 PM i gotta disagree. commandment #5 says appreciate all forms of beer. wine coolers are a form of wine. what? there should be a commandment that says to know what the hell you're talking about! tryfuhl 03-29-2010, 06:15 PM In most situations...yes. In a pool with a floating tiki bar on an island somewhere? No. Yeah.. who the hell drinks whisk(e)y and coke poolside? tryfuhl 03-29-2010, 06:19 PM Thus completes the ultimate argument for why wine is not manly.
