I updated to Android 2.2 and i like the refinements alot, except that i cant set my phone to vibrate as easily as before. But otherwise awesome.

This morning i got another update. Adobe Flash 10.1 supported, pretty sweet.

Good read. It's all about personal preference of course. One of my friends has the android and it's pretty cool, but it just seems like it's more than I need. I'm pretty happy with my iPhone and I'll probably upgrade to the 4 in January when I'm due for my discounted upgrade.

I love my Samsung Galaxy and so I take issue with his claim that "You NEED to customize, because your phone just isn't that smooth out of the box" and "Apple still designs the best hardware" with respect to my phone. What part of Apple's hardware is better? The part that you hold wrong? The screen (http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2370667,00.asp)? You don't have to do a lick to a Galaxy phone...it works out of the box hence why they are outselling (http://blog.nielsen.com/nielsenwire/online_mobile/android-most-popular-operating-system-in-u-s-among-recent-smartphone-buyers/) the POS phone Apple has put out.

It's dead. If you are still under warranty call up the phone company to get it replaced. When you call them they will ask you what the color of a little sticker at back of the phone is (it's usually located behind the battery). The color of the sticker indicates if the phone has been in water (obviously the warranty is void if it has). In my case the normal color of my sticker is white but if it has been under water it turns pink. If yours is off color you have two choices pay for a new phone or cheat the system by replacing that sticker.

They sell the stickers on ebay, but i think its harder then you think to switch and i think a lot of phones have a secondary sticker inside the phone.

One thing i love about Verizon is that if you go into one of their full scale stores with a broken phone they will replace it or even give you a newer phone if yours is really old for 50 bucks, no matter if you have a warrenty or not. Ive done this with countless phones. Ive bought a phone on ebay, broke it several days later and gotten a upgrade before. They normally wont give you a new battery or back cover though. They will try to get you to buy a new phone first so you have to be a little slick.

But i dont know if this is true with smart phones or if they charge you more. If it is please report back.

Also if they give you a new one but want and take your old one try and keep it. You can prob sell a broken droid for 50-100 on ebay and come out even or even make a little money.

I looked at the stickers and they look good when comparing them to the internet.

The phone got damp from my son peeing on it! My wife put her purse under the shopping cart seat and he is potty training well he had an accident while sitting there. My luck of late with things has been pretty bad.
