english fans are pretty cocky, youd think they won more than 1 world cup a whopping 44 years ago.

When they scored I ran and slid on my knees across the carpet like the players do when they score. Pure adrenaline. Now that it's faded, I noticed I shredded my kneecaps. LOL. Both raw as hell. Ouch. I'm an idiot. Hahaha.

That's the happiest I've been about a sporting event in a long time.

ive missed alot of WC action b/c of the time the games start so im real excited about the US advancing. hopefully i get to watch their entire games going forward. my boss doesnt alow us to watch. an argentine girl tried to sneak it th argentine v greece game on her comp yesterday, she didnt mute her sound, those horn things went blaring, boss came by and told her it was work time and to shut it off. shes from argentina, speaks limited english, spends 3-4 months a year in argentina and you wont let her watch it on her comp?

Actually she was bouncing around the room with me when they scored. We both tinkered with our work schedules this week so we could be home for the match. Good times.

She did call me an idiot for sliding across the carpet. Hahaha.
