But Pete did have a really really bad episode on Sunday night.


He doesn't seem to be able to do anything right.

Apparently, and I guess I missed it, a major character dies this year per some pre-season interviews. I would have assumed Greg, but maybe not.

So how about all these rumors/speculations that Pete will commit suicide at some point this year?I thought he was going to do it a few seasons ago after Peggy told him about the baby. Now I seriously think its just a matter of time before he does it or goes postal and takes someone else (Don? Megan?) out; they've made it a point to remind us about his rifle on numerous occasions.

I think Pete is struggling with what a lot of young just married with kids guy's struggle with, obviously it is blown up for TV but there is definitely a state of confusion for some men going from the single guy to the family guy.

I can remember just after getting married going to Vegas for the weekend with my wife and seeing other guy outings around us while I was in my mind at the time thinking I am "stuck" with her.

Now after being married for over 5 years and two kids I can more then say I have no desire for the single life.

It would take the death of a partner to really shake up the show and Peter seems to be prime but of course this show has a way of leading you down a path then BAM! Don is making out with a guy (or something from left filed hits you).

I tell you what I think's gonna happen. I think Ken Cosgrove will murder Pete or some broad. There's has been an creepy obsession with serial killers since the new season started. It's been very dark from one episode to the next if you think about.

I think Cosgrove sees everyone as characters in a novel he's writing and will take it upon himself to eliminate one.
