Then we should fire Haslett and hire Spags during the off season, before the Eagles do.Spags is a good DC, but he's not a great one. You'll get great creativity in blitz packages, but more now than ever, blitzing isn't how you play winning defense in the NFL.

He's a lot better than Haslett who's defenses are always up and down.

So did the Seahawks put the last nail in the coffin for Spags?

If I was the Rams I give him one more year, the poor guy has had nothing but bad luck with injuries to critical players in critical areas. This team is so short on talent that any injury kills it.

I'm wondering if the recent firings would lead the Rams to pull the trigger on him. I do agree with you that he should be given one more year. They really should build around Bradford, but who knows what they will do.

Props to Marshawn Lynch. 9 straight games with a TD ties a Seahawks all time record, this guy has changed his career around and is no doubt a top 10 RB in the league and will be a Pro Bowler this year. Hats off to him. As for Seattle I think once they get a good QB the talent is starting to come around at WR with Tate and Baldwin, Pete is doing a good job out there

I wonder how much Pete wants Barkley, I also wonder with St. Louis desperately needing help for Sam Bradford that if the Browns offered their two first rounders for that 2 or 3 spot that they would take it.

Really, so tell us how it's done.

Sam Bradford has looked atrocious all year that guy has regressed rapidly.
