Don't forget the horrible pitching staff. All the same though, it's nice to see them win consecutive laughers. I just hope it continues once they leave Colorado.

I must've missed that earlier. Just started watching when they came back 9-9. Coming back from being down 7-0, they deserve kudos for that. I hope they've got one more comeback in them though, they are still down 10-9.

I'm happy to see Jim Thome off the Phillies. He's my favorite current player but I can't stand Philly, plus he belongs in the AL so he can get at-bats...he can still smash.

He has always hit very well at Camden Yards.

So Harper makes the ASG as a replacement for Stanton. Anybody suprised? I might be in the minority amongst fellow Nats fans here, but I think the time off with his family might have served him better. Sure it's exciting that a 19 year old position player that plays for my favorite team is making it (youngest ever position player in history!) but I think this move is more about the hype than the "crazy" stats he's putting up. I'll still be watching but I agree more with Davey Johnson than I do with all my fellow fans that are stoked to see him become an All-Star at 19.
