1. RG3 QB Baylor
3. Zebrie Sanders OT Florida ST
4. Casey Hayward CB Vanderbilt
4. Senio Kelemete OG Washington
5. Emmanual Acho ILB Texas
6. Phillip Thomas S Syracus
7. Michael Smith RB Utah

Id love this draft, Sanders has been falling but hes very durable and knows the ZBS. Other than that this would hit every real need with quality players and tons of upside!

This is one of the best mocks I've seen thus far. Strong work, Joelt.

Here's how I'm thinking/hoping it'll hash out.

1. RGIII, QB, Baylor
3. Mychal Kendricks, LB, California
4. Donald Stephenson, OT, Oklahoma
4. Ryan Broyles, WR, Oklahoma
5. Josh Norman, CB, Coastal Carolina
6. Adam Gettis, G, Iowa
7. Phillip Thomas, FS, Syracuse

Let's be real here, I know that the secondary probably needs the most work out of any position on the team. However, i think that judging on how we signed all of these safties and corners who are coming off injuries or are older, i feel as though the Shannahans will just get a committee going into this season similar to how they did with WR last year. I hope they'll wait to seriously invest into pursuing starters at safety (in the draft) and/or cornerback (free agency) until next season.

I'm under the impression that they will seek a viable option to take over the other inside linebacker spot now (and hopefully re-sign Fletcher) so that he can begin to learn under Fletch now. I see a lot of potential in Kendricks so that's why i chose him.

If Ryan Broyles is available by the time our second fourth rounder rolls around i believe they won't be on the clock longer than 3 seconds before they turn in their selection. I believe they will be seeking a slot receiver in the draft after they attempted very hard at getting Eddie Royal this offseason. If Broyles can get healthy and return to his previous form, he will be a steal at this stage of the draft.

I could definitely see the Skins going for a slot receiver in the draft. I agree with you that Broyles would be a great 4th round pick.

If the Skins are unable to land Broyles, they could go after Danny Coale of VT a little later in the draft. I think he has the makings of a good slot receiver, as well.

Upadated Mock 4/13: A couple of changes... Signing Tanard Jackson takes FS (and Phillip Thomas) off the list of draft needs... We've shown a strong interest in Donald Stephenson (Oklahoma's OT), and still have needs at CB, ILB, OG.

1st) Robert Griffin III, QB, Baylor
3rd) Donald Stephenson, OT, Oklahoma
4th) James-Michael Johnson, ILB, Nevada
4th) Jamell Fleming, CB, Oklahoma
5th) Danny Coale, WR, Virginia Tech
6th) Joe Looney, G, Wake Forest
7th) Adrien Cole, ILB, Louisiana Tech

I would like to see them give the guys on the roster a chance to be the slot reciever. I think between Robinson, Moss, and Austin, there is a good shot someone emerges as a good slot reciever this year. Rome was not built in a day, they need ILB, CB, FS, SS, and OL. I think they should lean towards best player available in those areas.

Totally random, but I think Kalil could drop in this draft

Also, I think we're keeping Hightower but also drafting a RB. A speedy playmaker type.

I know he has an attitude problem IMO but Chris Rainey would be perfect.
