You'll have to let me know next year. I'm in a couple of long-running leagues with the same main core of guys, but we usually have a team or two that leaves and we have to replace. One is a keeper league so you could inherit a team.

Ok keep me in mind, thanks!

I didn't know it was possible to get a hate crime charge when the victims were white and the offender, *cough*, wasn't.

That guy just keeps topping himself.

What does 250 million net you these days in MLB?

Albert Pujols of Los Angeles Angels finishes April homerless - ESPN Los Angeles (http://espn.go.com/los-angeles/mlb/story/_/id/7876406/albert-pujols-los-angeles-angels-finishes-april-homerless)

Apparently not any home runs.

Wonder if they are asking for a mulligan on that contract right about now...lol

I still remember that. I still don't see how they even let him back into baseball after a stunt like that.

Maybe not that random this year, but has anyone else had the feeling that the Red Sox should just play the Yankees 162 times a year so that way the hate can flow freely? This year has been the first year in maybe six or seven that I can remember people talking about any other team than those guys. Admittedly I'm not a huge follower of MLB but has it always been like this?

I remember it wasn't always Yankees/Red Sox until the Red Sox finally won that elusive World Series...

Probably because of that sorry ass system that allows two teams to overspend so they get to collect all the stars. It's why MLB is crap for the most part. Personally I think Boston peaked a few years back and will be going on a decline while trying to overpay for above average talent. (aka...carl crawford) I bet they hate signing that dude...lol

I mean I'm a devout Yankees hater but Mo Rivera is a legend. So this sorta sucks...

Mariano Rivera of New York Yankees has torn ACL according to Joe Girardi - ESPN New York (http://espn.go.com/new-york/mlb/story/_/id/7888133/mariano-rivera-new-york-yankees-torn-acl-according-joe-girardi)
