But his offense is dink and dunk :) did you see the running formations and different players he used? He's pretty creative and unpredictable.

Yes he is! It was actually a statement made by Chico in another thread.... then reading the one I quoted that led me to point Roman out. Chico said it was great gameplanning and great coaching that got SF playing like that against Chicago's defense. Keapernic or whatever his name is definitely benefited by Roman being on the staff.

Dude I saw what he did with Luck at Stanford. If the skins were to make a coaching change he would be my candidate, he has RGIII and Morris, 2 key pieces in place. Let's see how Kaep progresses if he remains the starter.

I think you can tell Roman works with his QBs real close. Kaep was eerily poised considering the stage and looked confident in his decisions. Some people say you can't coach/teach that stuff, but doesn't seem like the same guy ends up working with a couple/few great QBs?

Harbaugh's no idiot. He knew what he had to work with in SF and having worked with Roman before he knew who to hire.

They are just working their way up and down the line. I think the janitors need to be worried as well. I believe they'll clean house on everybody.

Janitors. Clean house. Well played amigo.

I don't think this video posted by the Eagles on their site last week helped the VP of Communications cause, assuming he oversees the website which he likely does

Graham Gano is now a Panther

Just saw that...HE IS RISEN!

He will now certainly enjoy kicking success rivaled only by that of fairy tale dreams...you know, since we cut him and everyone we cut goes on to being a pro-bowler for another team.
