By the way, Jake try to slip in Luck started with less argument, I rebutted with many of the points raised here. So thanks to all.

Chico and scowan have good points. Another good point is the yards per rush that RG3 has, almost 7 yards a rush, passes for over 3300 yards his rookie year in a run first offense. 4 picks on the year. ONLY 4. Another good point is that RG3's lowest accuracy game is vs. pittsburgh, where there were 10 drops credited to the WR's. He was 57.7% in that game. He has a higher completion percentage than luck's average in his WORST game. Lets not even talk about the yards per reception, at RG3's 8.2 vs Lucks 6.6.

I think even with the game and a half missed, he runs away with the award. And the two games missed might even work in his favor. (as in, think about what his stats would look like had he played in those two games type thinking!!!!)

False. Beside Reggie Wayne, that's not true. (Gonzalez, Garcon, CLark are all gone)

Colts defense ranked #26. Ours is ranked #28. We both give up the same points per game at 24.7. Much better? ROFL. If anything, our defenses are equal.

Luck has had the same guys all year. Rg3 had Fred Davis then he went out. He had garçon then didn't have him for 6 games. Fleener missed a couple games for luck but his 1,2,3,4 WRs have been the same all year.

And to start the year his defense was better, now they got a little worse and ours got a little better.

I'll post the podcast tomorrow, Guy. I did, however, raise the point that Robert has had line-up changes on both sides of the ball, i.e. Davis, Rak, Carriker, Pierre Garcon for a good chunk of the season. Also pointed out the defense just stared to come together of late.

I gently shot down the idea that Luck inherited less talent.

The whole playoff team from 2-14 record argument for Luck is garbage. Curtis Painter should not serve as a reference point for measuring talent at anything other than holding a clipboard.

How about Luck throwing to 4 rookie receivers? Hilton, Brazil, Fleener,Allen, no Morris or Williams. Many of the INT's have been balls bounced of the rookie receivers and intercepted. Hilton has progressed dramatically and has become one of Luck's favorite targets.
