If you have an injury and the recovery time is 12 months minimum, then you can easily say he won't be healed in 8 months. At this point, we dont officially know the diagnosis or prognosis, so its all speculation. However, recovery times are generally pretty well-established. Adrian Peterson was an incredibly rare exception. And Terrell Suggs after he tore his achillies in May. Whats really worrisome is that i guess the Redskins are saying that Andrews wants to do further exams because theres issues distingushing between old and new injuries in a knee with previous ACL and LCL injuries.
