Doesn't matter who the coach is. The owner can't have an open door policy so players can go over the coaches head.

It's very much a pro-sports thing to have an owner-QB relationship. The NFL is a relationships business. Coaches are as big a culprit of such a culture as any entity.

So Rex Grossman, John Beck, Patrick Ramsey, Jason Campbell, etc had this type of relationship.

Thats fine when you have proven yourself...RG3 is far was a superstar player in this league..a superstar at Subway, ADIDAS commercials, and documentaries about his rehab.

Shanahan is a bad GM. He is not a good coach. He does not do very much coaching. He's a community organizer in charge of a billion dollar football operation. He's over his head.
