Well, if Bruce is still here, it will probably be the highest drafted Kicker or Punter ever.

TheGuyFromOverThere 11-18-2019, 11:44 PM Well, if Bruce is still here, it will probably be the highest drafted Kicker or Punter ever. Irrefutable 11-19-2019, 12:13 AM I'd rather trade down and go BPA. I agree they need help almost everywhere and they do not have a 2nd round pick.... or much cap space Warthog 11-19-2019, 01:16 AM It is tempting to trade down to get more picks but getting a superstar can ignite a team for its offense or defense. Who does the Redskin have that is a game changer? Super stud? McLaurin. If someone can get him the ball. On defense we have no true outstanding players. Chase Young could be such a beast. He could turn the DL into something special and magnify the play of Allen, Sweat, etc. Having a guy like him could bring fans back. Moses, Norman, Richardson, Reed, Davis, McCoy, etc. Time for a youth movement and some new FA hired by a new HC. That being said, I don't want him to come back. He has had a great career and has made plenty of money. A healthy leg for the next 40 years is worth way more than any more millions of dollars he can make. I would like for him to be a coach here one day. I dont think he cares about $, I think he cares more about his legacy as the #1 pick and to prove he was worth that selection Irrefutable 11-19-2019, 08:14 AM Can’t go wrong with Thomas or Young Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk One great player is not going to turn things around. How much impact did Sherff have? EARTHQUAKE2689 11-19-2019, 08:23 AM I dont think he cares about $, I think he cares more about his legacy as the #1 pick and to prove he was worth that selection That ship sailed a long time ago, right around Aaron Rodgers ascension to being a top flight HOF quarterback Chico23231 11-19-2019, 08:38 AM I dont think he cares about $, I think he cares more about his legacy as the #1 pick and to prove he was worth that selection I think with his contract we are essentially stuck with Alex next year, so the Skins and Alex must make sure tho he can only play if 100% healthy and he must understand he is the back up/mentor to Haskins. This is why Eric Bieniemy intrigues me as a HC prospect...Him and Alex are a "system match" to surround Haskins. You could keep O'Connell as OC and grab the best DC on the market. Chico23231 11-19-2019, 08:38 AM One great player is not going to turn things around. How much impact did Sherff have? I think 1 great pass rusher can significantly change a defense. |
