I'm fairly certain I saw a blonde haired, slender woman, but I was sick so my medicine might have made me see things weirdly, lol.

this guy has screen captures of the images in the smoke. no need to worry about spoliers since this guy only discusses things that have happened already on the show.

anybody else kinda suprised by the lack of a "whoa what was that?" type of moment or atleast some type of kewl cliffhanger? i think that was easily one of the most boring episodes of the show.

OK, hands down, last night's episode was the most worthless episode of any TV show ever (and that includes all FOUR episodes of "The Book of Daniel"). What the hell was that?

I thought it was somewhat uneventful but as they've shown, no one episode really stands on its own and will be connected to multiple episodes. we all know something about the baptism will come up later as will Charlies dream. It was rather depressing though watching Charlie just absolutely destroy himself in everyone's eyes.

i got caught up on the last 2 episodes last night (that italian chick from last week was hot). last week's was pretty good...last night's was so-so. as much as i don't care about Charlie's past, it'll be interesting to see how it plays out between him and Locke. next week's does look quite eventful. and as far as Hurley getting a piece, dont count on it. his "curse" will get the best of him.

yeah I didn't expect Charlie to take those punches and not respond.

"Uneventful" is an understatement. This is the first episode of Lost yet where I found myself looking at my watch to see how much more I had to watch. Oh well, I'll still tune in next week!
I'm sure you're right about the baptism, but, considering we already knew all about Charlie's past, spending an hour on it was overkill. Watching his descension was rough, though.

Theory here: Hurley was in a mental hospital at one point. Libby is a psychologist. Hurley vaguely recognizes her. Doesn't take genius to see where this is headed.
