What I would do is if he wants to be traded then he'll have to give back most of that money (like Arrington) or sue his ass (Al Davis style). How could a player who doesn't want to play be paid all that money, there has to be some loop hole or this is going to become a trend.

Nobody to blame but Snyder (or whoever structured the deal) for giving him so much guaranteed money up front.
