Re: Skins cowboys postgame

Tonight, I just don't understand why people are bitching about the defense. What did Dez Bryant do? How many yards did Dallas have? To me the defense is getting better and the offense is getting worse.

This is true, but its also an observation based entirely on one game. And Haslett usually throttles Dallas' offense. That's never been the issue.

It's that some ppl think the defense has a lot of talent, not elite but definitely top 10 worthy. I'd love to see what Wade Philips, Rob Ryan, or Gregg Williams could do with this roster.

They can't tackle for one thing.

No they can't. But Romo didn't have 200 yards, Bryant didn't have 40 yards. Last night, the defense did it's job. Yesterday, that loss is on the crappy offense and even worse special teams.

Is that a 'moral victory'?

Not sure thats enough to hang my hat on. Must remember that Dallas played with a lead from the opening possession. Play calling changes when playing with the lead. He was only sacked once for 5 yards and stayed relatively upright for 4 quarters.

Romo didn't have 200 yards, because he didn't need it.

No need to talk trash about 2 bad teams, yeah yal won Trap but Dallas isn't any good either and that is obvious. They just made the bigger plays last night like we did last yr in both of our wins vs Dal. There is no way that No name D and no run game wins 9 or 10 games. 8-8 at best imo.

He didnt need those completions he missed? Dez got shut the eff down too, gameplanned I imagine right?

Your coaches did the right thing in running the ball, because the more Romo attempts, the more likely he'll throw the pick that loses them the game...ie:well you know

Easy man, it's not like he lost a fumble on his own 3 yard line or anything.

That's not how it works in D my friend....Dez did not have those completions because?
Because he did not need them. Nothing to do with Superior defense and specifically #23. Sincerely, Jerra'

No ....no such thing as a moral victory. But coming from where our defense was week one to now, I'm seeing improvement.

So your saying that your coach is so f*&king stupid that a 7 point lead changes your game plan in the first 5 min of a game? I think you have just posted the stupidest post in internet history.
