Re: Around the NFL: Week 5

And Brandon Lloyd with a td against a terrible defensive strategy with 30 seconds left in half
Lloyd had unbelievable catch last week also

For you Gregg Williams fans, he sucks!! How many #1 picks does he have on that D? His defense has 1 sack for the year, that's it.

Granted its probably too early to say though if he does turn out to be the real deal all I can say is that of course the Rams would find a quarterback BEFORE we played them. Rams were basically in the same position talent wise as the Seahawks and 49ers before their recent string of playoff appearances. Only thing really missing in St. Louis was a QB.

Though if you want foreshadowing the Rams throwback Uni's certainly add to narrative.

And twice on Sunday.

Gregg's D was the strongest part of our team during Gibbs 2.0, and he's got a SB ring with the Saints since then. What's Haslett done?

Re: Around the NFL: Week 5

Deja vu, the Rams are worse than the Redskins and have more talent. Go figure.

They're on a pretty good run, but the boys never....fail to disappoint.

This is a bad sign. The cowboys are only really good, when they have criminals on the team.

Oddly enough since 2000 Cowboys have been among the least arrested squads in the NFL.

Re: Around the NFL: Week 5

WhAt I do love about the boys is proving the pundits wrong. All u seem to read and hear is what's passing league the nfl is and u can't win running the ball(which is bs). They r doing what the old skins did when we had the line to do it.
No secret.....just line up and run it down ur throat!
Don't like it, stop it..zz

Seattle just won a Super Bowl last year, with a monster defense and a top running game, against a passing team. So you can win in the NFL by running the ball.
