I'd rather switch out some player personnel after two years than to endure a poor HC for five years.

We all know that the odds of Snyder hiring the right person are very low but if he keeps trying he might get lucky.

Disagree especially based on the fact this is a rookie hc. But, as I said before, this organization is going nowhere until things are fixed in the front office
