Maybe next season will be, but I dont think it is possible to adress the horrid oline, horrid db's, and a qb in one offseason.

I think you have to give him another year. Like you said it is about the investment made. According to some in the local media the clubhouse is more optimistic this year than they were last year despite the same record thus far. Of course that could've changed after yesterday. I do not envy Gruden's position.

I dont envy JG's position either. He is the head coach of the worst run organization in the NFL. That said he knew he was signing on to work in this mess so it comes with the territory.
