I couldnt agree more. Except I dont think we are regressing. I think we forget how bad we were just last year. I just want to give the guy a shot with all the trimmings - cap money, first round pick, New DC. As you said, and I have said hopefully the FO doesnt shit all over whatever changes need to be made to our team and our DC again.

Now. If Dan actually decided to hire a real GM, then I would be all for letting that GM find a Coach, and letting that Coach pick his staff... You know, the way real freaking franchises run their team... And in that scenario, if Jay has to be sent packing, I really won't care because it's the right way to do to business... But if it's just the status quo all over again, and they think canning Jay is the answer to winning, I really might have to consider boycotting football for a while... I don't know how much longer I can take... This is by far the worst season I have ever followed, and that's saying a lot...

Im seriously beginning to think that everyone blacked out after it was 14-0 Skins against Seattle in 2012 and woke up a couple of weeks ago. Lol. You would honestly think that Gruden came and just completely crapped all over a really good thing.
