While I get what you're saying, the warpath skins' fans knows that defenses these days are all about sub packages and not necessarily your base. In this chart where would junior gallete be? Players like gallete, Cravens and Phillips (or fuller) aren't listed but will have significant roles. Gholsen is a fat run stuffer who may just play on first down against the run. Schemes and sub packages play match ups just like offenses...specialized. Also, sum of the parts is important here...wil Compton has gotten a lot of praise in camp about his ability to qb the defense...Golsen and Baker have taken leadership roles within the defense...these things won't show up in ratings.

Still, we have challenges...but I think we will def be improved. I look at the secondary and think it may be top 3 in the league.
