There's going to be a point (probably in the very near future) where the organization has to decide if it's going to keep going with Gibbs or if it will hand the reins to Williams or watch him walk. No person wants to bea coordinator when the glory jobs are out there. There will be lots of teams, even some with some talent (Detroits defense could be pretty nasty under a Williams defense and a couple changes) that he could take over.

I have a feeling the organization won't be making the decision on when Gibbs leaves his head coaching post, and would not boot 'em out for the sake of keeping GW.
