Again, just saying it's across the political spectrum, doesn't make it valid and can absolutely be misleading. If you have even 1 conservative among the 23, you can state it's across the political spectrum, but that does not mean there clearly isn't a biased slant overall on the people that signed it.

Again if 1 democrat signs a republican bill or visa-versa, you could technically say that is a bi-partisan bill, even if every single other congress-person of that party voted against it.

So using a broad generic term doesn't mean anything. Since you value those 23 people so much, seems like you would be interested in knowing their political beliefs. But you know I'm right so you won't care to look.

I'm not cherry-picking anything. That's what you do in all your post. You search the internet every day and bombard us with a bunch of posts just confirming what you already agreed with before you posted it. Anyone here can find links that support what they already believe.

But when anyone else posts something that you disagree with, somehow none of that is correct.

I posted a link to polls that were done in September. Are you saying that link says that their own polls they conducted are incorrect? Please highlight where that link says the poll of small-business owners I quoted is incorrect. Would be rather weird for a site to say their own poll is completely wrong.
