Peyton Manning is getting paid, yet he performs just fine. Same with LT, MCNabb, Brady, the list goes on and on. For every well paid player dogging it , there's a well paid player who has just as much fire as he did when he was drafted.

When will there be an article highlighting the effects of time and experience among your fellow players and coaching staff. The Redskins "carousel effect" is as much to blame for their ability to not live up to the hype. It takes time to get comfortable in a new environment with new people and a new system.

heres one for you then. Lets shut the down the "carousel" then. We need to keep our core players here such as Ryan Clark. It wouldnt have cost 30 million to resign him...as it cost to bring AA here. Everyone in the nfl knows where to go to get paid. Its here. We need to build from within.
