And no ones saying Campbell will come in and light the place up. It's possible. We want him to have starting experience because this season is most likely gone, and Mark Brunell has played poorly.

In Gibbs defense, what we see on Redskins.com and the press conferences aren't likely what the team sees behind closed doors.
One time on the Dan Patrick Show, Joe Theismann recalled a day in the film room after a loss. Taking note of the players not being particularly interested in what Gibbs was saying, he took his fist and smashed it through the glass top of the overhead projector. That sort of woke people up. Bottom line, we have no idea what goes on behind the locked doors of Redskin Park. |
