Point taken. I still wouldn't expect any miracles even if Gibbs puts Campbell in next week. I'd fully expect it to get worse before it gets better.

A QB change is not a silver bullet, quick fix to this teams problems. I'm not saying I know what is, but this organization is royally screwed from top to bottom.
