Gibbs has always had one of the largest coaching staffs in the league even going back to his first stint. So he's obviously comfortable with that kind of setup.

There are many reasons for the team's slide last year and I don't think personnel is necessarily the end all answer as to what went wrong.

Injuries were definately a part of the demise. Bringing in a young qb will also have its growing pains as I expect their to be some gowing pains next year as well since it will be Jason's first full year under the gun. Also I think the new division setup has made it harder on all the NFC East teams as they no longer get to beat up the Cardinals for 2 wins a year like it used to be.
