Nope, he is currently not in the league.

His last reported activity was back in May when he worked out for TB.

Bryant, 26, caught 40 passes for 733 yards and three touchdowns with the 49ers last season but was released in March, only one season after signing a four-year deal that included $5.25 million in guaranteed money. The rangy 6-foot-2, 188-pound target has served half of a four-game suspension handed down Dec. 22 for violating the league’s substance-abuse policy. He recently pleaded no contest to reckless driving and was sentenced to a year’s probation for driving more than 100 mph Nov. 20 in San Mateo, Calif. Bryant previously played for Dallas and Cleveland and he has 250 receptions for 3,837 yards and 19 touchdowns in 77 NFL games. In San Francisco, Bryant reinforced his reputation as a big-play receiver until problems developed with Coach Mike Nolan, who was enraged when Bryant appeared late for a December meeting, prompting a heated discussion. With Joey Galloway turning 36 in November, the Bucs are looking for another speedy receiver who can stretch the field. Bryant’s average of 18.3 yards per catch in 2006 ranked second to Arizona’s Bryant Johnson among all players with at least 40 receptions.
