You've always got to be wary of the player who underperforms for the bulk of his career and then becomes a dominant force in his walk year.
Even without that, Haynesworth will command way too much money and I don't see him getting out of Tennessee, even if that means a franchise tag, followed by acrimony, but eventually a deal getting done. Plus the Skins have too many other needs to throw that many dollars at a position where they do not have a glaring need. If you want to throw a ton of money at a guy then go throw dollars at Jared Allen (another guy who won't end up leaving his current team).

As for his character, I'd say he showed a great deal of contrition for his actions last year, and has behaved since. I doubt he'll make it to the market, and I doubt we'd be able to afford his asking price if he did.
