This all seems so hokey. I understand the need for the rule. In fact I'm a strong supporter of equal opportunity and all that, but this seems to have become very artificial if you ask me. Well, I guess it is working to some degree, Tomlin got his job because of it. It is frustrating as a Skins fan right now, but its worth it for the sake of overall equality.

I guess my point is, Id rather see the redskins take a serious look at the guy from the Colts if they think that is the best minority coach option then dick around with someone they have no intention of really even considering.

Not that that is what you were saying just ranting...
