and the press spoke like Snyder was going to name him by headlines like "Fassel to be named next head coach." Yeah, Snyder never held press conferences, but he is saying something to the press to have them say on an almost difininative basis who is being named HC.

As a member of the media, I'm telling you...don't listen to the media. Better yet, listen closely. Snyder wasn't saying anything of such nature to the press (on or off record)
