I doubt Favre will play any games like that. If he says he's done I believe him.

I agree. For the last couple of year he's been on the fence about retirement in the offseason, but never actually said he was done until now. I doubt it had too much to do with Randy Moss. Greg Jennings has emerged as a real weapon, plus Driver still plays at a very high level and that James Jones kid is nice too. Favre had a great season numbers-wise, and they went 13-3. Randy Moss is great and all, but I find it hard to believe that he was the deciding factor for Brett.

I'm bummed out. Next to Cal Ripken, Favre was my favorite pro athlete of all time. I'm sad to see him go.

I bet John Madden is on suicide watch.
