I kind of still think Joe Gibbs is still the face of the franchise... and will be for the foreseeable future.
I guess it all depends on your definition of what the face of the franchise actually is. I kind of take it is the first person you think of when you here the word "Redskins". As far as an active person, I'd go with Dan Snyder. I think the Sean Taylor tragedy kind of reinforced that notion.
