While we might find somebody better than Kendall if we wait to hit the market, we should probably work to resign him for two years or so before he hits the market. Rinehart and Heyer have to earn their starting roles. We can't just give them roles. I would make a play for a center in free agency, and leave the rest of the line be after releaseing Rabach. I would then make a concerted effort to put a lot of responsibility on our young guys in the offseason, and see who can handle it and earn their way into the starting lineup.

I agree. Kendall has been our only consistent O-lineman this year.

If we can trade down and get an extra pick AND get Mack, I would say that is a very good move on our part. I would be happy with that.

Kendall has arthritic knees and is a twelve year vet. Do you really expect him to play two more years?
