I doubt Williams will return here, but it's not entirely out the realm of possibility. In fact, I would say I wouldn't at all be surprised. He still has a tight bond with the players. Contrary to popular belief, he and Snyder get along fine and if Zorn were to be let go (which I think is probably at around 80% right now) then there are only a couple of coaches out there who Snyder could go after that would be able to mitigate, to some extent, the pr damage that would be done if Zorn was not the coach next season (whatever the reason may be).

Really? You think the the probability is that high? The reason the skins have sucked for so many years, is that they lack a cohesive strategy, they eventually are going to have stick with one coach/system if they want to win.
