I dont think this pick in any way would mean that Zorn is on his way out. He is the perfect west coast offense quarterback. If you watch USC you will see they run a west coast offense and Sanchez is well suited for it. Very logical approach. We could even franchise JC after the season. However, that kind of approach makes more sense for a team w/some depth & a no. of picks to play with, e.g. San Diego when they drafted Rivers & already had Brees. If neither guy looks good in 09, then you have very little trade value & you've already used 2 1st round picks on 2 qb's within 4 years.

For the skins that approach is so much more of a gamble, because they have other major needs w/few picks & little salary cap space. I know 2010 might be uncapped, but for the time being they're in a postion of really needing immediate starters from the draft.
