The worst and I can't believe he's on the list is George Starke, he was the king of holding penalties. He got better when Grimm, May and Bostic showed up.
LOL . I do remember as a kid hearing " holding number 74 " a few times, ... drive killer . He did however improve and become a guy I liked as a Skin during the 80's SUPER BOWL CHAMPION WASHINGTON REDSKINS !!!
