Run the 3-4 Anybody?

We're far from having the appropriate personnel to run a 3-4 defense. Even assuming big Al could make the transition is a stretch. That said there's much more we can do schematically to improve on our 4-3 base.

Best case scenario...Spags gets ripped apart as an HC and comes in to be our DC. Ok i don't know if that's legit but certainly there's gotta be someone who can "get more" from our guys on defense.

Uhhh not sure if you're serious. No way Williams would ever work for Snyder again. But more than that I think they've completely turned the d over to him in NO...by next year he'll have that group in the top 10 and the Saints a legit contender for the SB. Mark it dude

My God Williams would have to be the most self-deprecating person on the planet to come back to an owner/FO that orchestrated one of the most absurd smear campaigns against him I can remember in professional football. I mean if he did that I would lose all respect for him.

Probably more like Marty would return, though neither is likely to. Still, there are only so many head coaching jobs available at any time in the NFL. And while there are some people that Williams had issues with and who had issues with him, you're just going to have to trust me I guess that Snyder was not one of them.
