I totally agree. However, DS and VC dont seem to give any indication of wanting a strong leader.

I think Gibbs is almost in a category by himself because of the way DS idolizes him. DS would have never done anything to usurp Gibbs authority which strenghtened Gibbs leadership position.

If they wanted a strong leader then why didnt they hire one when Gibbs left?
