I do think we need term limits and I say this with a family member in Congress. Some of these guys get so entrenched in the bubble that is DC they forget what is really go on beyond Capitol Hill.

thats a real good point i hear time and again from people who have worked or been a part of the hill.

as to the video, is it just his kinda slurred rambling speech that make people think he is drunk? is there more too it? im at work and cut off the video after 2 mins.
