Can somebody explain how Norve keeps his job after choking every year since they fired Marty Schottenheimer.

This year I'll give Norv the benefit of the doubt. If the kicker didn't miss 2 kicks, they win. Also, If Rivers didn't force the ball down filed while in his own endzone the Jets wouldn't of had such a short filed when they went in for the go ahead score.
