Snyder never wanted a coach that would push back - that wouldn't have been any fun.
It will be interesting to see how the FO operates during free agency and the draft. It will go a long way toward predicting our future success. If Snyder is doing much of the FA wooing as opposed to Allen/Shanahan, then I think that would indicate that Snyder's fingers are still all over the FO, a very bad thing.
